Abstraksi

Merangin medical centre was a hospital located in merangin district, turning four years old this year. This hospital was growing rapidly and becoming a competitor in health services that were taken into account in merangin district, which was a hospital with the vision of "the realization of a quality hospital so that became a dream hospital and the prided of all levels of society. ". In this research, the objective of the merangin medical centre hospital had one of the business processes related to the implementation of medicine procurement in its activities, including the results of purchasing medicines from suppliers to the vendor bill payment process, which was recapitulated in real-time. Merangin medical centre hospital used a system that was still semi-manual in meeting business needed, including in the hospital pharmacy section in meeting the needed of business activities. The problem that arises in the purchasing department of the hospital pharmacy was that it did not yet have the technology used by the merangin medical centre hospital in recording every medicine procurement activity, namely in the form of integrating information that was updated in real-time in recapitulating every purchase of the medicine needed. So it did not had accurate data for forecasting medicine procurement. As a result, merangin medical centre hospital often faces problems in recapitulating and recording data related to the stock of medicine availability. Forecasting medicine procurement could not been carried out properly because sales and purchases could not been recorded in real-time and integrated. Examining this problem, technology was needed to automate the business process activities of merangin medical centre hospital. The opensource enterprise’s resource planning (ERP) system, namely the odoo application, was a solution to problems that occur in hospitals. By observing that this hospital was still in the development stage, only three years old, and a typed d hospital, an ERP system that was affordable and easy to implement was needed. Therefore, odoo was chosen as open-source software, which was expected to overcome Suggestionsspital medical centre problems. The development of the odoo system used the accelerated sap (asap) method. This methodology helps the implementation process been completed quickly and at an affordable costed, adaptable to the ongoing project. The ultimate goal of developing an ERP system with a purchase management module at the merangin medical center hospital was to recorded and generate data in real-time, integrate all medicine procurement data effectively and efficiently, and monitor incoming and outgoing medicines in an automated and transparent manner. As a reference for successfully implementing an odoo-based ERP system, testing was carried out used the black box testing method to test application functionality and the user acceptance test tests directly on end-users.
