This AISC volume contains the papers presented at ICICT 2018: Third International Congress on Information and Communication Technology. The conference was held during February 27–28, 2018, London, UK, and organized communally by Global Knowledge Research Foundation, City of Oxford College. It was also technically supported by IEEE, UK and Ireland Section, JECRC Foundation. It will target state of the art as well as emerging topics pertaining to ICT and effective strategies for its implementation for Engineering and Intelligent Applications. The objective of this international conference is to provide opportunities for the researchers, academicians, industry persons, and students to interact and exchange ideas, experience, and expertise in the current trend and strategies for information and communication technology.
