Abstraksi

This study aims to analyze the factor online purchasing in 2012 (Facebook Users in Indonesia). The factors analyzed in this study are service quality, merchandise quality, monetary price, perceived risk, time and effort costs, enjoyment, purchase intentions, reputation, informativeness, and ease of use. This study used a population in Facebook user Indonesia, with the selection of the sample using convenience sampling obtained a sample of 150 users. Methods of analysis of this study using exploratory analysis. The results of this study indicate that factor online purchasing in 2012 (Facebook users in Indonesia) are monetary price, enjoyment, service quality, informativeness, and reputation.
