PT Garsel is a company that categorized as Small Medium Enterprise (SME) that concern their business in the shoe industry. PT Garsel business process focuses on shoes production and salling them, especially leather shoes. In this modern technology era, PT Garsel need an integrated system that can help them to improve their business process. ERP implementation is a solution that PT Garsel need to help them. ERP implementation on an enterprise sometimes failed because of many factors and one of them is cost of the implementation. Therefore, PT Garsel need to know how much the cost estimation of ERP implementation. this process will make PT Garsel know their readiness to implement an ERP software. Therefore, it will need a framework to calculate the cost estimation in an ERP implementation. Total Cost of Ownership is a framework that we can use to calculate an ERP implementation.
