Abstraksi
This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio, and Dividend Payout Ratio on the share price of the mining industry in Indonesia. Purposive sampling is used to determine the number of samples studied. so as to produce several lists of companies that are in accordance with the criteria as research samples. the data source used is secondary data in the form of annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis with descriptive analysis and moderated regressive analysis. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that, first, the NPM has a positive influence on the DPR, both DERs have a positive influence on the DPR.
