Abstraksi
Creating and maintaining the organization excellence through proactive Talent Management is an essential factor that should be implemented by the management organizations in facing global competition. One of the services industries that count on the quality of Human Resources as an organizational excellence support is the University of Telkom Bandung. This research is intended to analyze whether the Telkom University, subsequent to the transformation of the organization, has implemented talent management. The results of this study could be an important input for Telkom University to measure their efforts in selecting, developing and retaining employees. The research uses a descriptive analysis to determine the extent of the implementation effectiveness of talent management at the Telkom University.
