Abstraksi

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of Bank Negara Indonesia Main Branch (KCU) Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan Bandung. Effective leadership style will give a clear direction to employees about what is to be achieved by the company. Meanwhile, a strong organizational culture will help the company in providing investment company values to all employees to grow and develop together. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method with ordinal scale. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents. Sampling technique with the method of sampling techniques saturated. For the analysis of the data using descriptive analysis and path analysis. From the results of the study demonstrate that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant impact on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. Leadership style and organizational culture have an influence at 91.152% of the employee's performance and the remaining 8.848% is influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this study.
